BiodivERsA operates via:

A Coordinator
An Executive Board, including the coordinator, the work package leaders and two members of the BiodivERsA General Assembly elected for 1 year
A General Assembly, including high-level representatives of the partner organisations in BiodivERsA
A Pool of Experts
All are supported by a Secretariat that includes an executive manager and an administrative assistant
